Bag Separator/Folder
There are three types of mini folders available:
Standard Mini Folder
Size Range: 12” – 18” (6” increments)
With a heavy duty frame and precision machining, the Standard Mini Folder can make 2 folds and operate at speeds up to 300 ft/min. Our folder rollers are precisely aligned to be parallel and square. A full slot air knife is used to achieve uniform and smooth folds. A photo eye sensor is used for the first fold and a timer delay used to initiate the second fold. The self-contained collecting tray and stacking unit consists of an anti-static conveyor belt that can stack bags 24” high from the ground. This folder can handle up to 60” long bags.
High Speed Folder
Size Range: 12”
With modifications to the Standard Mini Folder, this high-speed folder version can handle up to 450 ft/min.
High Speed 2-in-1 Separator/Folder
Size Range: 12”
A machine that combines the separator and folder into one unit, this 2-in-1 machine can perform 2 or 3 folds at 400 ft/min without belts.
